Community guidelines

Technical information dated 24 September 2026. The owner’s legal identity, lawful bases, retention periods, age policy, jurisdiction and final terms require approval before commercial launch. These pages do not certify legal compliance or change the versioned acceptance inside the app.

Scope

These rules apply to profiles, photos, rides, requests, messages and ratings. NAVRY helps riders meet, organize rides and talk with friends.

Respect and safety

No harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, spam or illegal content. All child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited. Do not share other people’s private data or unauthorized images. Follow traffic laws and never encourage dangerous riding.

Honest rides and ratings

Publish clear information and update or cancel rides when needed. Ratings must reflect real experiences. Advertising does not verify users or improve reputation. NAVRY does not certify participants’ skills, licences, insurance or identity.

Friends and chat

Friendship requires mutual acceptance; only text messages between friends are supported. There is no anonymous chat, group chat or file sending. Blocking or removing friendship stops new messages without automatically deleting existing history. Unblocking does not restore friendship. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted.

Report and block

Use Report from a ride, profile or conversation and Block to prevent new interactions. You can also contact contacto@navryapp.com without passwords or sensitive attachments. Reports are private and reviewed for proportionate action. We do not promise automated moderation, continuous monitoring or an unspecified response deadline.

Emergencies

NAVRY is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
